Do you charge for quotes?
No. Send a photo or short video by WhatsApp or email for a free estimate. For bigger jobs we may visit first, and the call-out fee is waived if you go ahead.
Do you work on boilers or gas?
No. Gas work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We are happy to recommend one.
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Turn off the water at the stopcock (often under the kitchen sink), switch off electrics near the leak if it is safe, then call us.
How can I pay?
Card on the day or bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice.
