Questions owners ask

How long does a groom take?

Most full grooms take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on size and coat. We text you a pick-up time at drop-off and a photo when your dog is ready.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Many curly and long coats do well with a full groom every 6 to 8 weeks, with brushing at home in between. We will suggest a rhythm that suits your dog's coat.

What if my dog is matted?

We always check the coat with you first. Sometimes the kindest option is a short clip and a fresh start. We never de-mat for longer than your dog is comfortable with.

Do you groom cats?

Not at the moment. We focus on dogs of all sizes.
